At Bronde & Mane Salon, our goal is to provide every guest with a luxury experience and exceptional results. To respect the time of both our clients and our stylists, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment.

  • To make an appointment, a card on file is required. Certain services, including hair extensions and color corrections, may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. New hair extension installs require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits will go towards the service

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

  • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows/ late cancellations may be required to prepay future appointments.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require service adjustments or rescheduling to avoid impacting other guests. Cancellation fees may still apply.

  • To ensure the highest quality results, we require a consultation for all new extension clients. For the best longevity and performance, extension hair must be purchased through Bronde & Mane Salon. We cannot guarantee the quality, service or maintenance of hair purchased elsewhere. Maintenance appointments are typically required every 6–8 weeks to maintain the health of your natural hair and the longevity of your extensions. Service on extensions installed elsewhere may be declined.

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact the salon within 7 days so we can make any necessary adjustments. Adjustments are complimentary when they fall within the scope of the original consultation. Refunds are not offered on services

  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for salon credit or exchange. If you purchased a product and weren’t happy , you can exchange for a different product and pay difference if any. Used tools or extensions typically non-returnable.
